Refund and Returns Policy

At Spaartopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines your options.

  1. Return Period
    We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  2. Return Authorization
    To initiate a return, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Refund Process
    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Non-Refundable Items
    Custom-made items, final sale products, and any products marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  5. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.

  6. Damaged or Defective Products
    If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

  7. Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order.

  8. Refunds for Gifts
    If you received an item as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

  9. Restocking Fee
    A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returned items that are not defective or damaged.

  10. Gift Card Returns
    Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

  11. Partial Refunds
    If only part of your order is returned, the refund will be issued for the returned items, excluding shipping costs.
