Refund and Returns Policy for Spaartopin Premium Fashion Bags

1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and further instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.
Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all tags and receipts included. Please include the RA number in the package.
Ship the Item: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return packages should be sent within 14 days of receiving your RA number.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- If the returned item is not in its original condition or is returned outside of the 30-day window, your refund may be denied, or a partial refund may be issued.
